Oteka Technologies was founded on a strong legacy of entrepreneurship. CEO Alandas Dobbins co-built a successful business with her late father, George Dobbins Jr., and later launched MORE—the Memphis Office of Resource and Enterprise—a city agency dedicated to helping minority- and women-owned businesses grow. With over 30 years of experience, Alandas is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in business development, economic growth, telecommunications, and community engagement. She’s passionate about crafting long-term impact in her community. She is also nurturing the next generation of leadership through her children: Rasie Dobbins, Oteka’s Vice President and Business Development Specialist, and Rabasa Dobbins, Vice President of Operations, who are actively shaping the company’s future. Her leadership is rooted in service, resilience, and innovation. Under Alandas’ guidance, Oteka has become known not just for technical excellence but for a company culture that values company and employee growth.
